By accessing or using Wump ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wump provides an embeddable chat widget that supports AI-powered responses, scripted bot flows, human operator handoff, and hybrid modes. The Service includes a web dashboard for managing bots, sessions, and configuration.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the widget
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Wump. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (FAQ entries, decision trees, customizations).

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
