Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

The free tier costs nothing. No refunds are applicable for free-tier usage.

2. Paid Plans

When paid plans become available, refunds will be handled as follows:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase. After 7 days, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email wump@shrepy.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds through Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The account was used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • The refund request is made after the applicable window (7 or 14 days)
  • The request is for a partial billing period due to voluntary downgrade
